We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance for peak season dates — May, June, September and October fill quickly. That said, we occasionally have availability for closer dates, so it is always worth reaching out.

Your date is confirmed only with a signed contract and deposit. We accept one wedding per day — your story receives our complete, undivided attention.

Yes — we are based in Ragusa but film across the entire island: Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Palermo, the Aeolian Islands, Catania and beyond. We also travel throughout Italy for destination weddings.

Travel is included in the province of Ragusa and the Val di Noto. For the rest of Sicily, the smaller islands and destinations outside Sicily, a fixed travel fee applies, always stated clearly in your quote before you sign.

Yes, and they are popular with international couples. Our Heritage collection covers the whole wedding weekend, and extra days can be added for welcome dinners, pool parties, brunches or multi-day celebrations such as Indian weddings. Contact us for a tailored quote.

Every collection includes a cinematic wedding film, professional multi-source audio, cinematic colour grading and private digital delivery. Film length depends on the collection: 3–5 minutes for the Elopement Film, 8–12 minutes for Essence and 15–25 minutes for Signature and Heritage. Signature and Heritage also include a second videographer, drone footage, 4K delivery and a 1–2 minute social trailer. Full details are in our brochure.

Final films are delivered within 6 months of the wedding. If you need yours sooner, express delivery within one month is included in Heritage and available as an extra for the other collections.

Yes — music is chosen together with you before the editing phase begins. We will suggest options based on your style and vision, and the final choice is always yours.

Yes. Drone footage is included in Signature and Heritage. Raffaele is an ENAC-certified drone pilot, and flights depend on local airspace rules and venue permissions, which we check in advance.

Yes — the Signature and Heritage collections include two videographers. An additional videographer can also be added to any collection. Two cameras mean wider coverage, multiple angles and richer footage.

We describe our approach as documentary storytelling with cinematic aesthetics — capturing real, unscripted moments with the eye of a cinematographer. We never stage or direct. We observe, anticipate and film. The result is a film that feels both authentic and beautiful.

We specialise exclusively in videography. We are happy to recommend trusted photographers we collaborate with regularly across Sicily.

Film Vision operates under the Italian flat-rate tax regime (regime forfettario), so no VAT is added: the price in your quote is the final price. Prices are in euros, and for US couples we are happy to give an indicative figure in dollars.
